Was out for a run at Bruff RFC this morning. Avec camera – as usual. They have a 1km track around the pitches for walkers and runners. Open to all. Aine and some pals took up running recently. I am training for a 10km in Dubai on 25th Jan. So all is well. Hope you have plentiful supply of face masks your end!
