This guy makes kebabs early morning with real cuts of meat & spices in a small back-street shop. He sells to various kebab sellers around Istanbul.

Thanks A. Must admit the photo does not do him justice. He had a great smile that he seemed to wear constantly. But that was the first photo I took when I just arrived so maybe he was a little suspicious at that stage. Thanks for comment.
